(More customer reviews)Totally agree with the previous review, it looks bigger in the photo. The bag is small - especially the narrow zipper-top opening and the side pockets. It may be 4.5 inches in width at the bottom but it narrows at the top. The handles are short, about 4-5 inches, so it fits in hand or on forearm but not for shoulder carry. It has depth, but no inside compartments or dividers. Also the foil-type insulation is noisy and seems like it would tear if not very careful.
I was disappointed in this $15.99 bag, although I can agree with the Product Feature: Sturdy exterior material.
It's not big enough for my lunches but still trying to figure out what else to use it for in order to avoid the return shipping fee of over $5.00.
