(More customer reviews)Our daughters Aunt got this for her off her wish list. The one that arrived was completely was a different pattern/color from the one pictured (still princesses). Also the lunch bag came with out the snack container (which was the reason for choosing it over other lunch bags!) The actual lunch box was not finished properly with threads catching in the zipper.
There was no information of how to return the lunch bag to the seller, infact no paperwork came with the bag.
You're better going to Toys R US and buying one at least then you see what you are getting.
