My only complaint is about the zipper.
The zipper is tough for small hands. It goes all the way around the perimeter (not just across the top) and my daughter has to work at getting the zipper around the corners. Also, since it opens up completely, she frequently picks it up without remembering to close it completely and accidentally spills the entire contents.
