Inside is a nice silver insulated lining and it's recommended to use frozen ice packs with it. There is one stretchy pocket inside that will hold a can or bottle object. On the back outside they have added one zipper pocket for things like silverware. Very neat and pretty idea for a lunch bag. I can't rave about it enough!
