(More customer reviews)I love my bento box. I did wonder if it would hold enough food to make me satisfied. It looks so small, and I'm generally a big eater. But you can pack a lot in, and it definitely does the job. (I did buy it to help regulate my intake after all.) My only wish would be if the small removable container inside had a lid. I would like to use it for sauces.
