(More customer reviews)The product is slightly rectangular in shape, with the carrying strap aattached to the longer sides. It is not completely insulated; the top cover is poorly insulated. Food does not maintain either heat or cold stored in this product. This product has no support in its sides and collapses when the top is not zipped closed. The carrying strap is short for the size and shape of this product, causing it to lay awkwardly when the strap is placed on the shoulder. The shoulder pad is large, so there isn't much room to move it aside when using the strap to carry the product. However, the product is large enough to hold large and small containers, as well as personal items (glasses cases, cell phone, keys), water bottles, an insulated mug and the like; and the front pockets are large enough to hold personal items (wallet, memo pad, pedometer, calendar and the like) and/or tableware. As I am more concerned with the ability of the product to hold food containers and personal items than with insulation, I would buy this product again.
