(More customer reviews)I bought a Lunchopolis lunchbox at a school fundraiser for each of my daughters. After using it for less than two months, one of the lunchboxes started falling apart - it started to separate at the seams and the lining was coming out of it. I complained to the company and this was their entire response, verbatim and unedited:
We are terribly sorry you have had trouble with one of your lunchboxes.
We are working hard to create the best product we can and are currently redeveloping the product.
We are completely out of stock so we are unfortunatley unable to replace your lunchbag.
