(More customer reviews)I got the lunch bag for my daughter for school. She started Kindergarten and wanted to get a tinkerbell lunch box. Unfortunately I did not buy this through amazon because they had the whole kit at BJ's for $9.99, and it included the water bottle, and sandwich box. She used it for the 1st time, and what a disappointment. The zipper broke on the lunch bag. Now I am calling the company to see if they can send out a new lunch bag because it is a seasonal item so they do not have any more at BJ's to exchange it out. I really hope the company will exchange out the lunch bag. I gave the item 3 starts only in hope that they will exchange out the lunch bag, and because my daughter likes the sandwich box and the water bottle. Other wise I would give it 1 star because it broke on the 1st day out.
