Pros: This bento is very compact. It has two levels which are seperated by a white plastic cover. The top level has a removal divider which is useful when you have foods of differing sizes. Inside the lid is a pair of white chopsticks which are great b/c they keep you from constantly searching for utensils.
Cons: It is not microwave safe. If you are a bigger eater, I'd advise you to get a bigger bento. To give you and idea on the size: on the bottom level I can fit a small plate of spaghetti, or small chicken breasts, or one medium sized burritto. The top layer, I typically use for things like a small package of baby carrots, pretzels, grapes, sliced mangoes, a very small salad (bigger if you take out the divider). Also should you try to cram too much inside, the lid will not lock properly or it will smoosh your food stuffs in the top level. I emphasize that this is only if you try to put too much in there.
Overall, if you are a bento fan, this is very well the bento for you. I'd also recommend this to bento beginners and dieters as it works well for portion control.
